What are your hours of operation?

We are available Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Pacific Standard Time. We can also be available earlier, later or on weekends if needed.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, check, or money order. Payment can be made by any type for all set up and design fees. All hosting and maintenance fees will need to be charged on a credit or debit card.

When is my payment due?

We ask for 50% of all services at signing of our agreement, then the remainder will be due upon completion of all services. Hosting and Maintenance plans will be automatically debited from your account on a monthly basis once your website has been completed and approved,

Can I upgrade from one account type to another?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time.
